ORDER FULFILLMENT

 

At Mandy Reid, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional level of service to our valued customers. Upon receipt of your order, you'll receive a confirmation email, ensuring all details are correct.

Please note that lead times may vary depending on the item you've selected. Should your item be in stock, we will ship it out immediately. However, if it is not, please, the piece will be crafted specially for you, which requires a 4-6 week shipping window.

•Rings require a 4-6 week lead time, as we do not keep all sizes in stock. 

•Custom pieces require a 6-8 week shipping window from the time that the artwork has been approved.

If you require a faster delivery, we ask that you inquire via email..We will do everything within our power to accommodate your request.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please kindly do so within 24 hours of receiving the shipping window notice. After this period, we will have already begun production and our return policy will apply.

RETURNS

Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt. Items must be without wear and in original packaging as shipped.

All custom pieces are final sale. Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits. All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back via UPS or Fedex.

 

REPAIRS

We are happy to repair items if they become damaged. If it has been less than one year since the date of purchase, we offer repairs at no cost for damage occurring during normal wear and usage. Note that we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. Repairs requested after one year since the date of purchase are offered for a cost.
